The Crimson Tide is taking it to Florida, let the BCS shake up begin.

How about Cincy coming back and knocking off Wanny and Pitt!

It was a good game. But all it takes is one second on the clock in a close game to allow the other team a W.

I want a playoff, uggghhh!!!

The Good:

Texas vs. Nebraska

Good ol' fashioned football last night, Texas and Nebraska's D were both gamed. Two mistakes cost Nebraska the game, but one bonehead move by McCoy could have cost Texas a lot more.

Bama spanking Tebow's Gators

Honestly, I was sick and fucking tired of all these damn Tebow blowjobs by CBS, ESPN and everyone else. Watching him cry on that sideline after the Crimson Tide put a grade A ass whipping on the Gators made me smile.

The Bad

TCU's biggest strength this year was going into Death Valley and spanking Clemson. That means nothing now seeing how Clemson flatlined against South Carolina and Georgia Tech.

The Pittsburgh/Cincinnati game was the exact opposite of Texas/Nebraska. I am a fan offense, but man, play some defense.

The Ugly
A possible Fiesta Bowl between TCU vs. Boise State is the wrong way to go. How about TCU vs. Georgia Tech in the Orange Bowl and Boise State vs. Penn State or Iowa in the Fiesta Bowl, that sounds better, wait a minute that means two BCS schools could lose to schools on the outside????

I'm just happy Northwestern got into the Outback Bowl over Wisconsin.

I'm confused on Cincy vs Florida? Tebow can end his college career with a high profile stat cushioned game.

'Zona and Nebraska in the Holiday bowl just like in '98. Hopefully the same outcome.

Clausen is leaving ND and heading to the NFL. Another Golden Domer or Bust?

Mal... say your prayers now, because that "Blackshirt" D is going to shut you down (but that gawd awful offense might turn the ball over enough times in their own zone that you'll win with FG.)

The Blackshirts are going to have it way harder than they did against Texas. Zona actually has a running game and three really good backs to give the ball too and keep the runners fresh. Foles is an excellent quarterback who puts the ball everywhere and they have a few really good recievers. I do worry that Zonas defense has been slipping a little as of late, but then again Nebraskas offense blows like the entire state of minnesota so no worries there.

I expect my ducks to win the Rose Bowl by 10 to 14 points. I am just looking at the speed comparion with Oregons offense vs tOSU defense. Oregon is way faster. tOSU defense is very aggressive which play right into the hands of the oregon scheme of misdirection and disappearing acts with the football.

on the other side ... well Terrell Pryor is maybe the 7th or 8th best Quarterback if he's in the pac 10. The dude has not developed under Tressell as I had thought he would. He is very inaccurate and as a result Tressell has pretty much given up on him and went to a power running game. Oregon will stack the box, play man on the corners and dare Pryor to beat him.

tOSU is taylor made for Oregon. I expect a great game because it's the rose bowl. But do NOT be suprised if Oregon rolls them!

If 'Zona is going to win this game, it won't be on the ground. If they try to grind it out, Nebraska will punish them at the line.

SEC will dominate again. After the SEC wipes the floor with everybody in the bowl games. Florida will make mincemeat out of Cincinnati, and beat the dog stew out of them, sending Tebow away a winner.

Then the Longhorn funeral in Pasadena, will begin. The Big 12 will replace the Big Ten being the SEC's bitches, and Texas is going to get it bad.

Alabama is going to kill Texas dead. They will expose Colt McCoy, he and the Texas offense are crying and pissing in their pants and shitting, knowing they are going to get their ass' whipped by the boys from Bama, this will be the worst NC title game ever. Final score will be 59-0 Bama. Texas has no shot in winning this game.

People bitching about the Heismann last night. Hell, that could have went to anyone of those guys if you look at it realistically. Congrats to Bama for finally getting one under their belt.

And there is Dawg ... drinking the SEC Kool-aid. There are about 20 schools outside of the SEC that would have finished undefeated if they had played bamas schedule.

Bama 59-0? That has better been a comment made in jest because if you seriously believe that you are a complete and total moron. Bama has not seen an offense nearly the caliber of the Texas Offense. The SEC is not great defense. It is boring and predictable offense. I thank god every day that I live on the west coast and have the high powered offenses we have out here and don't have to watch that boring shit they play in the south!

Oregon would beat bama. Oregon State could beat bama. Ohio State would beat Bama. TCU would beat bama. Texas WILL beat Bama.

Cincy would get whipped, as would boise, just to give you a bone Wink

First off the Puff 10 is even on the same league as the SEC. Mississippi State and Vandy would make duck stew out of Oregon.

Ohio State please, The Buckeyes have never beaten the SEC in a bowl game, I think the record is like 0-10 or something.

The BCS championship has been in existence for 11 years now and 5 BCS titles have been won by the SEC, 1 by the Pac 10 (USC '03 title was awarded by the AP and not the BCS), 2 by the Big 12, 1 by the ACC, and the other 1 by the Big East. That's a fact there. That's not kool aid drinking, it's bragging, the SEC has been flat out dominant in the bowl seasons for almost thirty years now.

Second Bama put away Tim Tebow and the Florida Gators with ease. Colt McCoy is no where near as talented as Tebow, and Florida has third stringers that would be starters on Texas, just like Alabama.

59-0 is being light, Bama is going to kill Texas and everyone knows it. Texas is waaaay overrated and the Nebraska game proved it. Bama is gonna squash them.

I'm going to disagree with you dawg... Tebow is over rated as hell as a QB. I feel bad for whatever team blows their first round pick on a 2nd or 3rd round talent QB, because you KNOW they'll take him wayyyyyy too early in the first round.

Tebow will come out of Florida and do what all the other Florida QB's do. Hold the clipboard.

Tebow is not going to be a good pro qb, and I believe all the draft analysts and pro scouts have said this the past two years, he doesn't have the tools to make it in the pro's.

However, his college career is a different story. Is he the best college player ever??? Nope, but he is far from overrated, just ask Oklahoma and Ohio State.

Colt McCoy and everything out of the Big 12 is the biggest joke in college football.

but that's just it dawg.. people ARE saying he's the best ever... which as you even said isn't true, which means he's being overrated. I'm not saying he's a total scrub player that just got lucky all these years, but I wouldn't call him the best ever.
